All products contain a customer satisfaction, 30-day return policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, return the unused product to our listed address. We will issue a refund if we receive it back within the 30-day purchase minus shipping charges.

 

 

Damaged Product Due to Shipping

 

We quality inspect each shipment carefully before it leaves our warehouse. When you receive your order, please check each product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during transit. Shipping claims must be reported within 48 hours for action to be taken. Detailed information may be sent to our customer service email address.

 

 

Diffuser Warranty

 

1-year manufacturer warranty applies for defective diffusers. If returning for any other reason, our 30-day return policy applies.
